Join the Samuel Lawrence Foundation in our conversation with renowned journalist and author Josh Frank and world-renowned communications expert Dr. Peter Andersen for an upcoming Zoom webinar titled "The Hanford Dilemma: The Untold Story of America’s Most Toxic Place."

The webinar, which took place on May 5th at 11:30 am PST / 2:30 pm EST, featured author Josh Frank discussing his latest book "Atomic Days: The Untold Story of the Most Toxic Place in America." Through this gripping account of the Hanford Site's dark history and its impact on the environment, Frank shedded light on the dangerous legacy of nuclear weapons production and the urgent need for accountability.

Frank's insight was joined by moderator Dr. Peter Andersen, Emeritus Professor from San Diego State University. His work has been recognized by the National Communication Association, the International Communication Association, and the Western States Communication Association, among others. Dr. Andersen also has a long-standing affiliation with the Sierra Club, where he has served as a member of the organization's National Board of Directors and was awarded the Sierra Club's highest honor, the John Muir Award, for his dedicated service.
